Who we are

Mint Cleaning, doing business as MiNT Powerwash and UFO Lighting Co, is a family-owned home services company in Mesa, Arizona. For anything on this page, reach us at mintpowerwash@gmail.com or 623.323.6853.

What we collect, and why

Only what you choose to send us. When you request a quote, that is your name, phone number, email, service address, the services you are interested in, how you heard about us, and a promo code if you use one. If you call, text, or email instead, we have whatever you share in that conversation. We do not buy data about you, and this site does not try to identify anonymous visitors.

Where it goes

Quote requests are stored in GorillaDesk, the scheduling system our crew works from, so we can get back to you with a quote and put you on the calendar. That is the whole journey. We never sell your information, and we never hand it to anyone else for their marketing.

Technical logs

Our server keeps a private technical log of quote-form submissions so a request cannot vanish if something breaks along the way. Those logs delete themselves after 30 days. To slow down spam bots, the form also briefly stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, which is deleted within a day and cannot be traced back to you.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser's local storage for exactly two small preferences: whether you paused the site's animations, and your answer to the tracking question below. Both stay on your device; neither is sent to us or to anyone else. Links to Instagram or Google reviews take you to those platforms, where their own policies apply.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It tells us things like which pages get read and whether people found us from Google or Instagram. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and never collects anything that identifies you personally. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, it does not count you at all.

The Meta pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and the Meta pixel is how we know whether those ads actually work. Unlike the visitor counting above, this one does involve cookies and does share data with Meta, which is why we ask first. It is strictly opt-in: nothing loads and nothing is sent to Meta unless you click Allow on the banner, and if you decline you are never asked again. With your consent, Meta sets its own cookies and receives the pages you visit here; how Meta handles that is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

Want to know what we have on file from a quote request, fix it, or have it deleted? Email mintpowerwash@gmail.com and we will take care of it. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If this policy ever changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
